If you've literally been living in your Snooby for 3 weeks non stop and only taking it off to go take a shower or bath (we hope!)? You can find all care instructions on the inner tag of your Snooby, however standard care options for our Snooby are as follows:
- Hand or machine wash in cold water
- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
- Use only mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
- Avoid mixing with other colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
However if you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Snooby for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

What Are The Snoobys Made From?
Apart from being made with love, joy, clouds and marshmallows, our Snoobys are made from a premium sherpa fleece interior and soft flannel fleece exterior. Please don’t be fooled by the word ‘sherpa’ though - No Fluffy friends are hurt in the process it is a completely cruelty-free and vegan version made from polyester.

I bought this for myself, but when it arrived my fiance stole it and is refusing to give it back. 10/10 will definitely need to bug another one.
I am so in love with my Snooby. This was an early Christmas gift to my sister who is traveling back to USA after spending a month in SA.
Love the snooby. When it arrived it smelt very bad. Like major chemicals. We had to wash it 3 times before the smell went away. I have purchased 2 before and they didn’t smell like this one.
Hi Kilpena, thank you so much for your amazing feedback, that is very strange that it smelt like chemicals. We personally do a double quality control check before each Snooby goes out so this is the first time we are made aware of this issue and we are sorry that you experienced this problem.
